Elisa has worked for Pinnacle since 2019 and currently works as the Operations Manager at Embankment. Elisa is responsible for the line management of the Embankment Service Team and is accountable for the delivery of our property management services, which includes the delivery of highly effective resident engagement and customer service, repairs & maintenance, tenancy management, accounting, arrears management, compliance and health and safety. Elisa works alongside the Head Of Property to ensure effective management of all services through the accurate capture and continuous analysis of performance data and quality standards, producing monthly and quarterly reports for our clients. Elisa carefully monitors expenditure, reporting and analysing operational forecasts and ensuring effective management controls are in place to deliver accurate rent roll, void reporting, occupancy levels, tenancy turnover, expenditure, and performance monitoring. Elisa has worked in the property sector for over 15 years progressing in her career to Operations Manager within Build to Rent.
