Emma brings more than 20 years’ experience in the residential property sector, spanning lettings, property management, BTR and operational leadership. She has held senior roles across the industry, including leading multi-site lettings operations and national property services teams, with responsibility for people, performance, compliance and commercial delivery.
Before joining Place by Pinnacle, Emma spent five years at PropTech business Flatfair, working closely with BTR operators, investors and agency partners across the UK. Her roles gave her a strong understanding of the evolving BTR market, resident experience and how technology and innovation can support better operational performance.
As Head of Place by Pinnacle, Emma is focused on driving the continued growth of the business, strengthening its BTR and PRS proposition and delivering outstanding experiences and outcomes for clients, residents and communities.
