Lucy currently manages Place by Pinnacle’s Pontoon Reach and Upton Park schemes, with previous experience in residential property management. Lucy’s strengths include engagement with tenants to ensure all matters are handled efficiently and building strong relationships. Lucy enjoys a fast-paced working environment and always seeks to expand her knowledge to better understand client and tenant needs. Her priority is to ensure her tenants and clients feel confident in reporting issues and satisfied with her approach to finding solutions or resolving the issue in question as efficiently as possible. In Lucy’s spare time, she enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, as well as nature walks with friends and her dog.
