Nikki joined Pinnacle in 2023 as a Regional Operations Manager, within our London region. Nikki leads the team to provide a full range of housing management services to new build properties which are let within the private rented sector. Nikki assists with maintaining and overseeing the day-to-day client relationships for each client as well as leading the team on performance and KPI reporting.
Nikki started working within the Property Sector in 2008 where she started her career as a Lettings Negotiator. During which time, Nikki undertaken various roles throughout her career and gained a wealth of experience working in different aspects of the industry including Lettings, Leaseholder Services, and Estate Management for a range of clients from the onboarding process to full management of services acting as a contact for leaseholders and tenants and a client liaison with freeholders and developers.
Nikki specialises in both Residential and Build to Rent Lettings and Property Management and brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of property legislation operations.
