Sam Snyed

With a love and passion for helping people, Sam provides support to the Build-to-Rent team working closely with the Property Managers within their day to day roles. From qualifying applicants, arranging viewings, overseeing referencing, finalising tenancy agreements, booking inventories, registering deposits to handing client and residents’ queries and requests. All of which are conducted in a compliant, efficient and timely manner. Sam has gained invaluable experience and a wealth of knowledge from performing a variety of roles within the industry throughout the last 20 years which enables her to confidently apply herself to the task in hand whilst ‘Delivering Excellence’ – a core value of our Company.
