Sophie Lyons

Sophie joined Pinnacle in 2019 and currently works as our Head of Operations, leading on our Market Rent portfolio across various sites and clients. Sophie leads the team to provide a full range of housing management services to new build properties which are let within the private rented sector across a footprint ranging from East London to Birmingham and Luton. Sophie manages the day-to-day client relationships for each client as well as leading on performance and KPI reporting. Sophie joined Pinnacle initially as an Estate Manager within the block management services, however following a promotion she moved to head up the Build to Rent team in early 2020. Sophie started working in Housing and Property Management in 2011 where she started her career as a property manager. Sophie has undertaken various roles throughout her career and gained experience working as a Head of Property Management across South Oxfordshire. Sophie has worked in various business acquisitions and has managed large teams within her role, including Property Managers and Lettings Negotiators. Sophie specialises in both Residential and Build to Rent Lettings and Property Management and brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of property legislation operations.
