Zamara is our experienced Letting’s Negotiator and has been part of the Pinnacle Housing Build to Rent Team for over three years. Zamara’s main role is marketing, market research and lease out strategies and in turn leads on applicant management, viewings and offer negotiations for our Clients. Zamara ensures applicants receive a high quality level of customer service, communication and effective results. From showing potential tenants around their property of interest, assisting through the referencing process and providing a seamless handover to the Property Management Team ahead of move in, Zamara is a very competent and knowledgeable member of staff.
