The scheme offers both intermediate and affordable homes for the community with discounted market rents of below 60% of Borough average – with Household income Cap. With a lease up period for the full 197 units let over eight months, Place by Pinnacle has provided integrated management of the £80m mixed-use scheme on behalf of Westminster City Council.


Residents have access to a free School –  Marylebone Boys School, a local church and retail convenience store. In terms of their access to support, all residents are provided with Engage, an end-user portal available on all mobile devices.
